PHAA will introduce the new Masters Amateur rewards programme from the 1st of August 2016 because of administration requirements. The immediate rule change to Rule 237 (B) has been rescinded, further consideration will be given by the PHAA BOD on how the proposed changes affect the Amateur Competitors.
