Change of Laboratory by Racing Australia has led to an increased processing and reporting time frame.
The ASB decided to change providers early this year giving us very little notice of the change over from University of Queensland from whom we received very prompt and outstanding service, but were promised by ASB that processing times would be about the same 10 days with the new provider. Unfortunately as you are all aware the turn around for results are much greater. Allowing for (now extended) Australia Post delivery time (we suggest allowing 2 weeks) and then allowing for ASB to process and courier the paperwork and hair and for Massey to undertake their processes we are suggesting people allow another 4 weeks to receive the results from us. We email or post your results the day we receive them and the time frames noted above our outside our control. Please remember it is compulsory for all DNA/Parent Validation to come through our office.
